Senior Product Manager (LED Platform & Analytics)
Lime Media blends physical media, technology, and data to reshape how brands activate in the real world. We operate one of the nation’s most innovative mobile out-of-home networks—custom LED vehicles, experiential campaigns, telematics, and real-time analytics—and we’re building the platform that powers it all.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of our ad tech and analytics platform: campaign management, routing and operations, content delivery, reporting, and customer-facing analytics. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll define the roadmap, translate real business needs into clear work for engineering, and shape a platform used by top brands, agencies, and operators.
If you're motivated by building products from the ground up in fast-moving environments—and you want meaningful influence on a company’s growth trajectory—this is your seat at the table.
We will be collecting applications for this role through January, and beginning our evaluation of applicants end of January/start of February. Applicants selected to interview will be contacted no later than mid-February 2026.
What You’ll Lead
- Own the product roadmap for Lime Media’s internal and external software products.
- Translate business needs and customer insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work directly with engineering to deliver high-quality functionality across campaign tools, routing/ops, content scheduling, reporting, and analytics.
- Validate releases through hands-on testing, user feedback loops, and field/pilot programs.
- Introduce and run lightweight agile processes that help a small team ship quickly and predictably.
- Drive platform evolution: standardizing data models, defining APIs, and enabling external partners/operators to build on our system.
- Partner with operations, account management, and sales to ensure product decisions create clear business and customer value.
About You
Experience & Skills
- 5–8+ years in product management or a closely related role, ideally within B2B SaaS, data/analytics, platforms, or ad tech.
- Comfortable working directly with engineers on API- or data-heavy products; able to understand and reason with technical concepts.
- Proven track record building products in fast-growth, ambiguity-heavy environments.
- Strong ability to turn user workflows and operational feedback into structured requirements.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex value propositions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with agile processes suitable for small teams.
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
- Ad tech, digital out-of-home, programmatic buying, or media measurement.
- Telematics, mobility, fleet management, or location-based analytics.
- Exposure to impression/exposure models or attribution-style analytics workflows.
Mindset
- Entrepreneurial and ownership-oriented—you think like a builder, not a ticket manager.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves with engineering, operations, and clients.
- Low ego, highly collaborative, straightforward communicator.
- Thrives in environments where structure needs to be created, not inherited.
Why This Role Is Compelling
- You drive the platform that powers a unique physical + digital media business.
- Few PM roles offer this combination of real-world operational workflows, rich data models, hardware+software interaction, and customer-facing analytics.
- You shape a product line that will scale with the company.
- Your roadmap becomes the backbone of a multi-tenant, API-driven platform that can support partners, fleets, and national advertisers.
- You have meaningful influence.
- With a small, focused team and direct access to leadership, your decisions have immediate visibility and impact.
- You get variety without chaos.
- You’ll build for internal users, external clients, and partners—but with a single unified platform vision, not one-off custom software.
- If you want a role where your work directly impacts how a rapidly growing media company scales its technology, data, and customer value—this is it.
